2. Website hosting

3. Lead capture forms
When users submit the subscription form or contact form, personal data may be processed in order to answer inquiries, manage early-access subscriptions, and support business lead handling.
Depending on the form used, this may include email address, company name, contact person, delivery country, units needed, timeframe, vehicle type, free-text message, and technical request metadata necessary for fraud prevention and request handling.
4. Processing stack used in V1
- PHP form handlers in the website runtime
- Host-side storage for form submissions, outside the public web root in the current hardened setup
- Notification email delivered through the configured Gmail / Google Workspace path in the live setup
- Google Workspace components may also be used operationally for follow-up and business handling where enabled
5. Purpose
Data is processed to handle inbound business requests, contact interested buyers, review potential vehicle demand, and organize business follow-up communication.
6. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for business communication, lead handling, compliance, operational follow-up, and any legally required retention obligations.
7. Recipients
Data may be processed by the website hosting environment, responsible internal business handlers, and the connected Google Workspace / email tooling that is actually used for lead handling in the live setup.
8. User rights
Users may request information, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection according to applicable law by writing to info@auto1-business.com.
Note: This notice describes the confirmed V1 live stack as currently deployed. It should be updated again if the lead-handling architecture changes materially in a later phase.
